For your convenience, our Marlborough, MA, Oxford, MA, and Middletown, CT business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern) Monday through Friday.
Can anyone buy a vehicle from MHQ?
Due to binding agreements with major automobile manufacturers MHQ is limited to only selling vehicles to municipalities, related government accounts and those authorized to purchase under contracts that we honor.
How long does a typical upfit take to complete?
We can complete a vehicle within 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the work. MHQ typically begins working immediately, and with our extensive vehicle and equipment inventory, we are able to finalize the build sheet and schedule work within hours.
Does MHQ sell used police vehicles?
Yes! We are able to sell used police vehicles to municipalities and other approved entities such as vehicle wholesalers.

Can anyone buy equipment from MHQ?
Generally yes! However, the sale of some emergency equipment is restricted to authorized purchasers, as dictated by state and local laws.
